Option 1: Delete Your Account via the Platform

  1. Log in to your Edero account.
  2. Click on the Account Settings icon (person-shaped icon in the top-right corner of the screen).
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
  4. Click the “Delete Account” button.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can request to have your account deleted by contacting us directly via email:

  • Send an email to: info@edero.ai

  • Please ensure that the email is sent from the email address associated with your Edero account.

  • In your message, clearly state that you wish to have your account deleted.

Our team will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm once the deletion is complete.
